BC Reproductive Mental Health Program
They offer a multidisciplinary program run out of St. Paul's and BC Women's Hospitals in Vancouver, BC that counsels women who are experiencing emotional problems related to their menstrual cycle with particular emphasis on: pregnancy, perinatal and postpartum adjustment, infertility, pregnancy loss, premenstrual syndrome and menopause.
The also offer a Self-Care Guide, which offers tips and worksheets on developing ways of taking care of yourself during this time.
